PAY YOUR 2020 PRICE IN 2021
We all know 2020 didn’t quite turn out as we had planned! And no one understands the disappointment of being unable to go on holiday more than us - like you, we live for our holidays! If you were notified that your 2020 holiday, scheduled to depart before the 30th June or from 15th September onwards, could no longer go ahead, you will have received a Refund Credit Note. You can use this to choose the equivalent holiday for 2021, and you won’t pay a penny extra.
Find a holiday on the same holiday park, in equivalent accommodation, and the same or equivalent date in 2021 and we will honour the price you paid for these services in 2020.
HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Once you have chosen the holiday you’d like for 2021, select the ‘COVID-19 Credit’ option at the payment stage. If you have chosen an equivalent holiday in 2021, you will qualify for the Price Match Guarantee.
Our team will then amend the price, apply your credit to your new booking and send you an email confirming they’ve done this. Please allow us 14 days to complete this process for you.
