To redeem your loyalty bonus, any customers who have made qualifying bookings since 2015 will have loyalty automatically applied during checkout. If you have qualifying bookings from 2014 or earlier, you can still make your booking online, but to receive loyalty you'll need to call us (or contact us on Live Chat) and provide your booking references.
A £149 minimum spend applies where Loyalty Bonus is automatically deducted from a booking made via the website or the call centre. This spend is calculated on the accommodation cost only, and does not include Travel or Extras. If you book online and the value of your accommodation falls below £149 after the Loyalty Bonus has been applied (or was already below £149), we reserve the right to remove, or adjust the loyalty bonus within 48 hours of the booking being made. Limit to one loyalty bonus per holiday.
