INTRODUCING ALTOMINCIO FAMILY PARK

Altomincio Family Park has been created with children's fun foremost: from the central hub of splash and swimming pools, indoor cinema and children's entertainment areas to the handily located playgrounds close to your accommodation, everything in mascot Froggy's kingdom is geared towards keeping the little ones happy. With holiday treasures such as some of Italy's most beautiful old villages right on your doorstep, there's much more to visit outside Altomincio park itself.


On park, the swimming pools will keep kids and adults more than entertained, but there are also sports facilities available such as table tennis, football, crazy golf, and cycling (which is a great way to get about the park). There are also restaurants on-site, bars, and live entertainment to add some spice to your evenings.


The campsite also has the spectacular backdrop of Lake Garda, which is the largest lake in Italy. Asides from the constantly stunning views, it provides a whole host of activities for families, including the chance for day trips to local towns like Verona, or you can visit the theme park Gardaland for a fun day out on the selection of rides.

Great pool area.. but too busy when we were there in August. Safe and family friendly. Kids entertainment was ok but same each night. Foam party great. Adult entertainment wasnt catered for.

Saltburn by the Sea
The park has far too many pitches for the facilities available. The pool is badly overcrowded. The caravan was quite worn and poorly cleaned and contact with the reps very minimal. We have visited many Alfresco Parks and very much enjoyed them all but Altomincio was disappointing in comparison.

We stayed at this park for 10 days. The park was extremely clean and well organised with plenty of facilities to hand. Our mobile home was clean spacious and adequate for our four person family with two teenagers. My boys loved the waterslides and the swimming Pools. The only downside is I felt that there needs to be more entertainment in the evening especially for teenagers. You will need a car to use the surrounding areas and especially to go up into the mountains. On our trip here we enjoyed canyoning in and the cable car to Mount Baldo. Also booked a boat trip around Lake Garda through the park and this was fabulous. We found the staff at the information bureau very helpful. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely book with alfresco again next year.
