- A lovely sight not far from Sarlat & the heart of the Dordogne. The site is small, but this is a good thing. Swimming pools, with lots of new decking over several layers looked over the lake and had a bar facility, but the 2 pools (one in door) did get crowded for several hours each day. Pools were shallow at 1.3m. Slides were quite good. And overall look of the pools/bar area was very smart & shade was available by the bar.
Most nights the bar area had music/entertainment. There was a little shop area, which had the basics to tide you over till your big shop in town.
The Take away ( ordered at the bar) was very good & pizzas were delicious.
Tennis court was free & could be booked in the morning before it became the football pitch.
The games room was small, but would keep a few children happy.
The site is Homair & there were a number of organised activities each day - tended to attract the French guests.
No bike hire & site too hilly for go-karts hire.
