We’re doing everything we can to ensure you are able to enjoy an Al Fresco Holiday in 2020. Despite the uncertainty created by the Coronavirus, we are able to provide up to date information and offer flexibility should your holiday plans need to change.
Our UK based call centre are experts on our holidays. If you have any concerns about a holiday you have already booked, or are thinking about booking, then please get in touch with us.
We don’t just offer that expertise before you depart, we are proud to have Reps on all of our parks. With expert local knowledge they are always on call, should you need any help or assistance while on your holiday.
If you wish to amend the arrival date or location of your holiday, we will work with you to try and find the best alternatives, and we will waive our usual amendment fees.
If you already have a booking and your balance is due to be paid in the next few days, if you have any concerns about paying your balance please call us, we are here to help and be as flexible as we can.
During this time, we recognise flexibility is more important than ever. That’s why we’re adjusting the balance due date for all 2020 holidays. Full payment will now be required 6 weeks before your departure date, instead of the normal 12 weeks.
If you booked your travel with us - including flights, ferries or car hire - and any part of your holiday is cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, your money is protected.
Should the FCO travel advice change to say that people should not travel at all, the money you have paid for your holiday is protected.
Should either of these happen we would try and ensure suitable replacements could be found so you would still be able to enjoy the holiday you planned.
