Camping Holidays in Holland

For a small country, Holland is very big on unexpected delights. Everyone knows how wonderful Amsterdam is - but you'll be surprised by so many other attractions. Miles of soft sandy beaches, acres of sun dappled forests - and it's so easy to walk or cycle everywhere.

Unique and friendly, The Netherlands, in actual fact is an extremely diverse country with hip cities, historic architecture and loads of lovely flat country side (where you'll find most of those windmills) perfect for cycling.

This isn't camping this is outdoor living in style with spacious, well equipped mobile homes.


Wassenaar Surrounded by soft sand dunes, sun dappled forests and countryside in every shade of green, Wassenaar lies slightly inland from Holland's beautiful west coast, with its sprawling eight kilometre blue flag beach and is the perfect place for a family holiday or short break.

Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam - See the world's largest collection from one of the most famous artists Cinvent Van Gogh, at the museum in Amsterdam. 
Volendam - An Isolated fishing village with a bustling harbour, many shops, cafés and restaurants.

What to eat & drink in Holland

Holland is well known for it's cheese. With all the famous cheese markets being held in Edam and Gouda. Edam (summer on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 12:30) and Gouda (April - August on Thursday mornings), hold their cheese markets. From Edams historic re-enactments to the chees sampling of the Gouda weighing house, there is plenty to choose from for the cheese lovers out there.

What to see & do in Holland

De Efteling B.V is one of the oldest and most popular theme parks.

Tiki Tropical water parc adjacent to Duinrell. The canals and museums, shops and gabled houses of Amsterdam are all perfect places to visit while on one of our family holidays in Holland.

Beaches: there are, to most people's surprise, some stunning, beautiful and unspoilt beaches on the North Sea coast which are well worth a visit for sun and sea or wildlife and long inspiring walks.
